Invcity is built to be a digital layer of trust for cities. We treat trust, reputation, and information as public infrastructure for thriving local communities. We believe that professional identity, transaction reliability, and community feedback should be accessible, verifiable, and durable.

Platform Role

Invcity provides tools for discovery, reputation management, communication, and business visibility. We provide digital infrastructure for local discovery, trust, and growth. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Invcity is not a party to the transactions, agreements, or services arranged between users.

The Trust Protocol

To maintain the integrity of our City Graph, we enforce the following rules:

• Verified Entities:Businesses and professionals may undergo verification through our protocols before receiving trusted status or enhanced visibility.
• Historical Accountability:We maintain historical records of platform activity to preserve trust and accountability. Certain records—such as verified transaction counts or reputation signals—may remain visible or archived to maintain the integrity of the ecosystem.
• Behavioral Data:We prioritize real economic actions over subjective opinions. Our trust score is a reflection of your consistency and reliability.

Accuracy Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain accurate and verified information, we cannot guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or availability of every listing, profile, review, or recommendation within the city node. Users are responsible for evaluating businesses, professionals, and services before engaging with them. Invcity does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcomes of interactions between users.

User Responsibilities

When you interact with Invcity, you agree to provide truthful data. Whether listing your business or engaging with a professional, you are participating in the city's growth layer. Misuse, spamming, or fraudulent activity may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Data Governance

You retain ownership of the information you provide, subject to the licenses necessary for us to operate the platform. We do not sell your data. If you choose to leave the Invcity network, you may request the deletion of your account. At that point, your data will be purged from active discovery, though certain records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.

Updates

We may update these terms from time to time as the platform evolves. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the platform at any time. Continued use of Invcity constitutes acceptance of the latest version of these principles.
