Invcity is built on a foundation of trust. Every interaction on the network is subject to structural safeguards designed to protect participants and preserve the integrity of the City Graph.

Safety is not a feature. It is INFRASTRUCTURE.

THE INVCITY PLEDGE:Every participant deserves a safe, transparent, and accountable environment in which trust can be established to conduct business and build reputation.

Community Standards

All participants in the Invcity network are expected to adhere to the following standards. Violation of these standards may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent removal from the platform.

  • Authentic Representation:Businesses and professionals must accurately represent their identity, services, and credentials. Misrepresentation, fake listings, or impersonation are strictly prohibited.
  • Respectful Conduct:Harassment, hate speech, intimidation, or any form of discriminatory behavior toward other participants will not be tolerated.
  • Transaction Integrity:All financial interactions facilitated through the platform must be conducted in good faith. Fraudulent transactions, chargeback abuse, or deceptive billing practices are grounds for immediate removal.
  • Prohibited Content:Listings, reviews, or communications containing illegal content, explicit material, or misleading information are forbidden and will be removed upon detection or report.

Reporting & Enforcement

Invcity maintains a structured reporting system to address violations of our Community Standards. We are committed to timely, fair, and transparent enforcement.

How to Report:

Any participant may report a violation by contacting our Trust & Safety team at safety@invcity.com. Reports should include relevant details, evidence, and the specific nature of the violation.

Investigation Process:

Each report is reviewed by our Trust & Safety team. We assess the severity, gather context, and determine appropriate action. Investigations are conducted with respect for all parties' privacy and due process.

Enforcement Actions:

Depending on the severity and frequency of violations, actions may include content removal, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to relevant authorities.

Appeals:

Participants who believe an enforcement action was taken in error may appeal by contacting appeals@invcity.com. Appeals are reviewed by a separate team to ensure impartial evaluation.

Fraud Prevention

Invcity employs multiple layers of defense to detect and prevent fraudulent activity across the network:

  • Verification Protocols:Businesses and professionals may be subject to identity verification, business credential validation, and ongoing monitoring to confirm the accuracy of their profile.
  • Anomaly Detection:Our systems monitor for patterns indicative of fraudulent behavior, including fake reviews, spam listings, coordinated manipulation, and suspicious account activity.
  • Transaction Safeguards:Payment and booking transactions are monitored for anomalies. Unusual patterns may trigger holds, verification requests, or manual review.
  • User Education:We provide guidance to participants on how to recognize and avoid common scams, phishing attempts, and fraudulent schemes.

Privacy & Data Protection

The safety of your data is integral to the Invcity trust infrastructure. We employ encryption, access controls, and strict data governance policies to protect participant information. Detailed information about our data practices is available in our Data Governance Protocol.

Account Security

Participants are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts. We recommend the following practices:

  • Use strong, unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication where available.
  • Never share your account credentials with third parties.
  • Report any suspected unauthorized access to your account immediately.
  • Keep your contact information and business details up to date so we can reach you if we detect suspicious activity.

Moderation Principles

Invcity's content moderation is guided by the following principles:

  • Transparency:We communicate clearly about why content was removed or actions were taken.
  • Proportionality:Enforcement actions are proportional to the severity and context of the violation.
  • Consistency:We apply the same standards across the platform, regardless of the participant.
