At Invcity, we do not treat data as a commodity to be mined or sold.

We treat data as INFRASTRUCTURE.

THE INVCITY LAW:Just as a city requires reliable roads and power, the digital city requires immutable, transparent data management.

We believe that professional identity and economic output should be owned by the participant, not the platform.

Data Sovereignty

You own your Node. Whether you are generating an invoice, tracking inventory, or managing your profile, you are the custodian of your data. Invcity acts strictly as the high-speed processing layer. We do not monopolize your information.

Cryptographic Integrity:

All sensitive business data is processed through an end-to-end encryption pipeline. Invcity utilizes secure key management, ensuring your private ledgers remain unreadable by our infrastructure layer.

Granular Approval Disclosure:

Data within your Node remains private by default. You maintain absolute control over the disclosure of your business intelligence; information is only exposed to the public City Graph upon explicit, granular approval by the Node Owner.

The Protocol Rules

To protect the integrity of the City Graph, we enforce the following data rules:

  • Data Collection Minimization:We only store data essential for the professional output, operational continuity, and regulatory compliance. (e.g., tax filings, financial reporting, or statutory records) of your documents. If a data point does not serve the functional goal of your business, it is not collected.
  • Zero-Surveillance Architecture:We do not inject tracking pixels, behavioral scripts, or ad-targeting beacons into the documents you generate. Your invoices are financial instruments, not marketing surfaces. We do not use advertising trackers or sell behavioral data to any third party. Analytics and monitoring are limited to what is necessary for platform reliability, security, fraud prevention, and performance.
  • Immutable Audit Trails:Records of business activity are maintained solely for your audit trail and operational continuity. These records are encrypted at rest, ensuring they remain accessible only to authorized entities within your specific organization.
  • Interoperable Portability:Your data is not locked in a walled garden. You have the right to export your entire ledger at any time in a clean, machine-readable format. Our architecture is designed for data fluidity, allowing you to move your operations elsewhere without friction.

Monetization Disclaimer

Our revenue model is derived from SOFTWARE UTILITY—from tools that make your business faster and more credible. We do not monetize by selling your data to any third-party ad networks. We believe that selling user data is a structural failure of modern marketplaces; we have architected the Invcity ecosystem to eliminate this incentive entirely.

Governance

We may update this protocol as the platform evolves to incorporate new compliance standards or interoperability features. Continued use of the Invcity ecosystem constitutes acceptance of our commitment to your data sovereignty.
